Who Can Consign Property

Property may be consigned by the title holder of any property. If an individual wants to consign a property, they may do so by contacting Ed Spencer Real Estate, contracting agent for Consigned Properties Inc at 712-644-2151 or 402-510-3276.

Property currently listed by any Iowa or Nebraska Broker and sales agent may be enrolled for the auction by the listing Broker or Sales Agent and the client (owner of the property). Signatures of both the agent and the property owner are required to enroll.
