Enrollment fee of $500.00 non refundable due at time of property enrollment

Listing Brokers or Listing Agents will be required to attend the auction. Sellers have the right to accept or reject the final auction price. If rejected the sellers may re-enroll their property for up to 2 consecutive auctions for an additional fee of $250.00 per auction.

If property is sold at the auction 2 % of the Brokers Commission will be paid to Consigned Properties, Inc. at closing. Listing Broker will also agree to a 60/40% split of the remaining commission.
